Pin&Tally

The short version: Pin & Tally collects nothing about you. Everything stays on your Apple Watch. We have no servers, no analytics, no third parties. We can't see your scores even if we wanted to.

What information we collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, store on any server, or share any personal information.

What stays on your Apple Watch

The following is stored locally on your watch (in UserDefaults) and never leaves your device:

Uninstalling the app erases all of this. We have no copy.

The “Text Myself” feature

If you save a phone number, Pin & Tally uses it locally to open the Messages app pre-addressed to your number when you tap “Text Myself.” The number is never sent to us or any third party. Pin & Tally does not send the message itself — you tap Send in Messages.

Sharing scorecards

When you tap “Share with Friends,” Pin & Tally hands a scorecard image to Apple’s system share sheet. You choose where it goes (Messages, Mail, AirDrop, etc.). Pin & Tally has no involvement after that.

What we do not do

Children

Pin & Tally is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the “Last updated” date at the top will change too. The current version always lives at this URL.
